March 1965 Established as "Gains Hiroshima" pet food wholesaler in Yoshijima-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima.
April 1987 "Natural Best Co., Ltd." established.
August 1987 Headquarters moved to Konan, Naka-ku, Hiroshima.
May 1989 Merged with Natural Best Co., Ltd. and company name changed to "Morishita-Shoten Co., Ltd.".
Capital increased to 10 million yen.
April 1995 Capital increased to 20 million yen.
September 2002 Headquarters moved to the current location in Inokuchi, Hiroshima.
April 2004 Started nationwide sales of originally developed pet supplies.
June 2005 Okayama sales office opened.
March 2008 "White Fox Co., Ltd." established.
2013 Manabu Morishita appointed as CEO.
2014 Logistics center established at 3-chome Shoko Center, Nishi-ku, Hiroshima.
2015 Company name changed to "Morishita Co., Ltd.". Headquarters moved to 6-chome Shoko Center, Nishi-ku, Hiroshima.
